Brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose, it releases a rich bouquet of ripe yellow peaches, honey, toasted almonds, with slightly peaty and smoky notes. On the palate it is full and round, balanced by a pleasant freshness and flavor.

It goes well with white meat dishes, stewed fish and blue cheeses. Try it on veal escalopes with mushrooms.
