Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fragrant aromas of apples, pears and a hint of almonds. Plus some citrus and hints of exoti-cism. Medium weight body with finesse and elegance. Exotic fruits and citrus fruits again, plus some fresh herbs and floral notes. Juicy, well-integrated acidity, extensive and flattering finish with lots of fruit.

Hors d'oeuvres and fish. Excellent as aperitif.
