It has a very deep color. The nose offers intense blackberry notes, spices, mature fruits like cassis and dried plum. Very balanced and good concentrated it reveals the complexity of noble oak that add aromas to vanilla and coffee. At palate shows mature blackberry and cassis notes.

It goes great with roasted or grilled red meats, game such as hare or wild boar, stews and pasta with a tasty sauce, and also with ripe and intense-tasting cheeses.
